About REX
REX is a crypto-finance product suite delivered through a Telegram Mini App. Our core offering is a virtual Visa / Mastercard linked to a user's USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH balance, with auto-conversion at the moment of payment. Alongside cards we operate P2P exchange, escrow and yield ("staking") features.
Hours. Support is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most replies arrive within 5 minutes during business hours and within 1 hour overnight.
What we ask of you. When opening a support request, please include your Telegram username and (if relevant) the transaction hash or order ID. This lets us resolve issues without a back-and-forth.
Security note. We will never ask you for your private key, seed phrase, or 2FA code. Anyone asking for these is not REX. Report impersonation attempts to support@rexcompanybusiness.com.
