1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rexcardly.com and any related REX services, including the Telegram Mini App and bot @Rexchangebot (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction that is subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea / DNR / LNR regions of Ukraine).
- You must not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by the UN, EU, UK, or U.S. OFAC.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your country of residence.
3. Description of the Services
REX provides a crypto-linked virtual card programme together with peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange, escrow, and yield ("staking") features delivered through a Telegram Mini App. Card issuance is performed by a regulated third-party card-issuing partner; REX acts as the technical and customer-facing interface. Specific features, fees, and limits are described inside the Mini App and may change from time to time at our discretion.
4. Account and Authentication
You access the Services through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any device used to access it. Any activity originating from your Telegram session is treated as authorised by you. Notify us immediately at support@rexcompanybusiness.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Fees
- Card issuance fees, transaction fees, ATM fees and any other charges are displayed at the time of purchase inside the Mini App.
- Foreign-exchange conversions use live market rates from public sources; there is no hidden FX margin.
- Network (blockchain) fees for deposits and withdrawals are paid by you and are determined by the underlying blockchain, not by REX.
- We may update our published fees with reasonable prior notice through the Mini App.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, evasion of sanctions, or financing of any prohibited goods or services (illegal drugs, weapons, child-exploitation material, etc.).
- Attempt to access another user's account, bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the software, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Services beyond what our APIs explicitly permit.
- Misrepresent your identity, provide false KYC information, or attempt to impersonate REX or any third party.
- Use the Services in a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of your access and forfeiture of any pending transactions, subject to applicable law.
7. Crypto-Asset Risks
Important. Crypto-assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly. On-chain transactions are typically irreversible. REX is not a bank and the funds held in your account are not protected by any government deposit-insurance scheme. You acknowledge these risks and use the Services at your own risk.

8. AML / Sanctions Compliance
REX implements anti-money-laundering and sanctions controls proportionate to the products it offers. For higher-limit tiers (such as the Credit card) identity verification may be required. We may, at any time and without prior notice, request additional information, freeze a transaction, or terminate an account if we reasonably suspect a violation of applicable law or of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Mini App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is owned by REX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, REX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REX, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to REX in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless REX from any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; or (c) we determine in good faith that continuing to provide the Services to you would expose REX to material legal or operational risk. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REX regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
