No. REX Standard and Freedom cards are issued without KYC — registration uses your Telegram account. KYC is only required for very high limits or for the Credit tier in certain jurisdictions.

Can I withdraw cash from ATMs with a crypto card?

Yes. REX cards work in any ATM worldwide that accepts Visa/Mastercard. Daily withdrawal limit is €1,000 for Standard and €3,000 for Freedom. Fee is 0.5% (Standard) or 0.3% (Freedom) plus any local ATM owner fee.

Which cryptocurrencies can I link to the card?
