Can I withdraw Costa Rican Colón at Banco Nacional CR ATMs?
Yes. Any ATM in Costa Rica that accepts Visa — including Banco Nacional CR, BAC Credomatic, Banco Popular — will pay out in Costa Rican Colón. ATM-owner fees may apply locally; REX itself adds 0.5% on Standard or 0.3% on Freedom.
Is KYC required, and what about local crypto regulations?
