Yes. Because REX is a Visa card, not a domestic exchange wire, the typical block on crypto-to-GHS transfers doesn't apply. You spend the card the same way you spend any debit card abroad.
Can I withdraw Ghanaian Cedi at GCB Bank ATMs?
Yes. Any ATM in Ghana that accepts Visa — including GCB Bank, Ecobank Ghana, Stanbic Ghana, ABSA Ghana — will pay out in Ghanaian Cedi. ATM-owner fees may apply locally; REX itself adds 0.5% on Standard or 0.3% on Freedom.
