Can I withdraw Rwandan Franc at Bank of Kigali ATMs?
Yes. Any ATM in Rwanda that accepts Visa — including Bank of Kigali, BPR, Ecobank Rwanda — will pay out in Rwandan Franc. ATM-owner fees may apply locally; REX itself adds 0.5% on Standard or 0.3% on Freedom.
Is KYC required, and what about local crypto regulations?
